The plan is a $5 billion investment to create 7 million square feet of space to be constructed over a minimum of 20 years. By growing on its three campuses, UB will significantly increase its economic and cultural impact on the Buffalo Niagara region. Over the next two decades, implementation of the plan is projected to generate an additional $20 billion or more in regional economic impact..
