The Buffalo Niagara Cultural Tourism Initiative.

As a partner with the Institute, the Urban Design Project worked with more than 200 cultural tourism stakeholders to help develop a long-term strategic plan for cultural tourism in the region. The UDP produced the final text building on work developed through consultants and the Institute team where Professor Shibley is a senior fellow. The plan was released in 2005, with the initiative now in the implementation phase.
