The project area extends to the left of the foot of Main Street with the D.L. & W. freight sheds along the site of the Central Wharf buildings. The S.S. Canadiana is docked at the foot of Commercial Street. Buildings dating to the 1830’s still line the east side of Main. The D.L. & W. Depot still stands on the site of “The Long Wharf.”
