critique of visions and principles statement

A draft vision and principles statement was created based on the priority issues identified by citizens in November. At the June 2000 summits, citizens were asked to review the statement, make a general assessment of its appropriateness, and then fill out a questionnaire presenting their reasons for rating the statement "off base" or "on target." The table provides a summary of those ratings. A summary of the commentary follows below.
