The "headlines" from Cassadaga

Three quarters of the participants think things in the County are "getting better".

Economic development was the clear number one priority.

We're headed in the right direction on economic development - Cherry Creek grant is great - but we don't play up our positives.

Programs on the environment are amazing, but we need to improve planning to combat sprawl, preserve farmland.

We've made lots of progress on shared services, cooperation - but efforts aren't equal county-wide.

We're headed in the right direction on people development - people are willing to help - but we need to do more.

The vison statement is "on target."
