Downtown Niagara Falls, NY is back at the head of the regional redevelopment agenda following the formation of a new state-sponsored development corporation and announcement of a new Seneca-operated casino to be located there. This graphic-rich volume combines an historical analysis of downtown Niagara Falls, site analyses, and design studies to propose a range of strategies for redevelopment - ones which link livability for residents with "linger-ability" for tourists.
